ISPT is working closely with the City of Perth to deliver a world class retail complex that complements the City of Perth’s built form and vibrant communities.
The construction will be delivered by Lendlease, one of Australia’s leading construction groups who pride themselves on creating places that leave a positive legacy. Suggestions for improvements in delivery can be directed to Lendlease via a toll free number 1800 607 484 or contact us.
The new Forrest Chase will be delivered in stages. Stage 1 at Ground Level fronting the Murray Street Mall opened on November 30, 2018. At the same time, Stage 1 of Padbury Walkway on Level 1 above the new retailers was also opened to the public.
The opening of Stage 1 saw us welcome exciting retailers:
- Mecca Cosmetica
- Peter Alexander
Our retailers will be trading as usual throughout the redevelopment and Forrest Place will continue to enjoy events and activations like the Hawkers Markets throughout the development period.
During construction, a number of existing walkways, bridges and pathways will be altered, however alternate access will be available at all times. Conveniently located disabled and pram access will also be maintained through the works. Whilst walkways will typically be closed between 10.30pm – 5:00am, there will be alternative access provided and clear and easy to understand signage and wayfinding.
The City of Perth Forrest Place loading dock will remain open as usual. Goods access will be provided by way of a manned, temporary hoist, until the new lifts are opened.
