Chivas Sour
The Chivas Regal Extra’s bold flavours combine with tart ingredients helps to create a sophisticated yet simple cocktail. This easy Whiskey Sour recipe will have you mixing drinks like a pro. Just shake and serve.
- 45mL Chivas Regal Extra Blended Scotch Whisky 700mL
- 15mL sugar syrup
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/2 egg white
- Orange slice
- Ice
Method
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker
- Add ice and shake
- Strain over ice
- Garnish with an orange slice and serve

- 45mL Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
- 10mL sugar syrup
- 30mL pineapple juice
- 20mL lime juice
- Lime wedge to garnish
- Ice
Method
- Pour ice into a glass
- Pour ingredients over ice and stir
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with lime wedge and serve
Talisker Storm Whisky Sour
Kick back for a classic refreshment that’s light, frothy and sure to please. Top it off with a cherry for a little touch of bougie bliss.
- 60mL Talisker Storm Whisky
- 30mL Lemon Juice
- 15mL Sugar Syrup
- Half an Egg White
- Maraschino Cherry
- Lemon Wedge
Method
- Add all ingredients without ice into a cocktail shaker and dry shake.
- Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and lemon wedge.
Serving Suggestion: Best served after dark to accompany a night in of card games.
